I was told this awhile ago and I took it to heart,and let me tell you,no truer words have ever been spoken.

I have learned so much in the past years that it almost seems criminal not to rejoice and spread the knowledge!

First and foremost,don't allow anyone to steal your joy,no matter what do you. Even if you feel that you've given this person part of you and they weren't worthy,

They weren't worth your time anyway,so take it as a life lesson learned and keep it moving!

God's got your back like that,because you are a true person with a true heart!

You can't allow simple BS to get under your skin!

I find myself explaining and expressing this all the time to both men and women.

It's really just that simple and even more freeing than you can ever imagine.

OMG! And the stories are off the chain fab,some come with videos,audios and you can't imagine whatelse!

I'll just say that "Cheaters has nothing on us!"

Yes,sistergirl has a video of her husband with her so called bestfriend!

No one was ready for the drama that unfolded,but I'll just say they kicked his a@@ and he's paying big time!

I'll be the first to admit somethings I can't get with,like stupid stuff,I have no time for drama or BS!

Me,Myself could never go after a friends husband,man or ex,it's just not me.

I don't do leftovers and that's a true friend's code of conduct violation.

Also I'm a big karma.chakra,spirituality person and I firmly believe.......

Never treat anyone, less than the way you would like to be treated.

If you follow and believe your truth,you know that being honest with self is the first step!

It's easier said than done sometimes.

It's one thing to preach or say things,it's totally different to live it,actually do it!

When we send our children off into the world,be it away to college,to the military or even a marriage. We can only hope that what we have taught and instilled in them is enough to fight off the peer presure and stress of today's society.
